RAGBRAI 2010

In July 2010, Tubby got to experience her first RAGBRAI.  Shortly before starting this trip we got a very close look at Tubby with her fetal survey ultrasound.  Everything looked perfect.  We chose to keep her sex a surprise until her birth, which was a wonderful and fun experience.

Here are some pics of our RAGBRAI 2010 experience.  Odin, our 2-year-old Great Dane got to come with us this year with the support crew.  He was our very popular mascot; he made it into the Des Moines Register when dipping his paws into the Missouri River in Sioux City on the first night.  We were also interviewed by a couple of small town newspapers along the way.  He got used to being asked if he was a dog or a horse.

The ride ended in Dubuque where we got to visit our friends from medical school, Jim and Beth and their families.  This is Olivia chillin' with Odin.
